Al Baseera means both sight and insight in Arabic. This was shot when the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi was just completed. It exudes a Peaceful, balanced feeling of tranquility. Perhaps the person has some insight, a spiritual connection. The tones of greys and the stark contrast of the blacks and whites reflect a nuanced approach to man and religion; a much need tonic in today’s polarized world.
