All artworks are described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of original artworks, slight variations in colour, texture, or scale may occur and are considered part of the work. Images are for guidance only.
All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include delivery costs unless specified. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, though this will not affect orders already confirmed.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been received in full.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within a 10 km radius of our Cobham UK office for a flat fee of £50.
Extended UK Delivery
For deliveries beyond 10 km from our Cobham office, delivery costs will be calculated individually based on distance, size, and handling requirements. You will be contacted with a delivery quote prior to dispatch.
International Delivery
International delivery costs are calculated on request. Shipping fees depend on destination, size, insurance, and customs requirements. We will confirm all costs before arranging shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Where collection is offered, arrangements must be agreed in advance. Proof of purchase will be required at the time of collection.
Due to the nature of original artworks, all sales are final, unless the work arrives damaged or is materially different from its description.
If an artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the artwork has been returned, if applicable.
All artworks are carefully packed. Risk passes to the buyer once the artwork has been delivered or collected.
Copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise stated. Purchase of an artwork does not transfer reproduction rights. Images may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
Any personal information collected through this website is used solely for processing orders and communication. We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil delivery.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply.
